Everyone starting a health program must begin where they are right NOW! And each person starts at a different point – each of us has different levels of knowledge and lifestyle habits. While some people are beyond the Phase 1 suggestions, certainly not everyone is. If you consider yourself a "beginner in health,” start with these ideas, one at a time, pray about them and start working them into your daily living. If you are already “into health,” review these ideas to make certain you understand them and are currently applying them in your lifestyle.
